This website is operated by MB MILSHAM. It presents job opportunities published by Milsham, profiles of candidates registered with Milsham (first name and surname initial only, never contact details), and information about our recruitment and professional services. Using the website does not require an account.

Job listings are published and managed by Milsham. Details such as salary, start dates and conditions are provided in good faith but may change, and a listing is not an offer of employment. Applying through WhatsApp or our forms starts a conversation with Milsham; it does not guarantee an interview or a job.

Listings marked “Sample” are demonstration content and are not real opportunities.

When you register, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that it is your own. Milsham reviews registrations and may decline or remove a profile at its discretion. Registration does not guarantee that we will find work for you. How we use your data is explained in our privacy notice.

Browsing candidate profiles is free. Profiles show no contact details and summarise information provided by candidates and reviewed by Milsham; we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. All contact with candidates takes place through Milsham. Recruitment terms, including any fees, are agreed directly between Milsham and the employer before recruitment begins. You must not attempt to identify or contact candidates outside this process.

• Do not submit false, misleading or third-party information without permission.
• Do not scrape, copy in bulk or re-publish job listings or candidate profiles.
• Do not attempt to bypass security measures or access the admin area without authorisation.
• Do not use the website to send unsolicited advertising or unlawful content.

The Milsham name, logo and website content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and share links to pages for personal or business purposes, but you may not reuse our branding or content without written permission.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.
